"Tar" seva bandh, "Bar" seva chalu...

On one hand, At Mumbai’s historic Central Telegraph Office, where generations of Indians once went to dispatch news of births, deaths & weddings to family & friends across town or across the country, the counters for telegram services are ominously empty. On the other hand, Bar dancers can get back to work in Mumbai & other parts of Maharashtra after getting licenses from the government, the Supreme Court ruled on 16th July 2013, allowing hundreds of premises which employed women to dance and entertain customers to reopen. We feel the above creative sums it all up, without taking any sides of course...
